How is it not blatently obvious that is not OK to have richer people from another country picking and choosing which individuals are "deserving" or "piteous" enough to receive health care?
Because they aren't picking and choosing who lives and dies, who is sick and healthy, they're deciding how to spend their money to help people, not on something that would give them more selfish enjoyment. Not sure how you spin this to an evil thing.
I always donate to their general fund, which means they do the allocating.
