Do you mean the privately run overground lines? The tube is to me a bit of a marvel, with the newer lines having a train come every 3 minutes at peak times. Even the overground lines which used to be not so great have been taken over by TfL and are quite good in my opinion. I can see how the tube could be a bit difficult to navigate for a newcomer but once you're used to it I believe it's got some of the best signposting I've seen on a metro system. |
