Quad9 DNS is 10x (or worse!) slower then Google's for me (I'm in São Paulo, Brazil). Will this output help you troubleshoot DNS performance?

  $ dig +short @9.9.9.9 id.server TXT chaos
  res300.ams.rrdns.pch.net

35ms for Google vs 230ms for Quad9 via LTE in Canberra, Australia. You really need an Australian PoP - I'd like to use the service!
