Nice chart! The speed with which Linux supplanted proprietary Unix systems is remarkable. It would be interesting to know what version of Linux is used most often on current supercomputers. The supercomputer here at Goddard runs SLES (Suse) and I believe other NASA supercomputers run that as well. |
