The minimum wage in the UK isn't a fixed monthly amount. It's a fixed hourly amount. So for someone aged over 25 they should receive £7.50 an hour The drivers will still be able to set their own hours, just they should be getting a minimum of £7.50 an hour for those they work. |

Unless they already have something in place to manage how many drivers are on the road in an area at any time? I thought that was just controlled by supply/demand, but that gets skewed by Uber needing to still pay minimum page when there is an over-supply.
