The Fort Collins vote was to allow the city the option to take out $150M in municipal bonds for city-wide fiber installation. This was pretty much the last voter hurdle before the city moves forward. Boulder is still in an earlier phase -- the vote was to allow the city to start the planning process. Greeley also voted in favor of something similar. |
