If you don't mind my asking, what is that process? I too had an Amazon next-day (Amazon Logistics) delivery erroneously marked as delivered (last Saturday). When I contacted Amazon customer support, they requested that I file a police report over the missing package. And then even when I did, they refused to do anything. What's the magic word I have to say to get them to care? |
