They do not seem too worried. Comcast raised my basic internet bill by another $20 per month and when I called to cancel they did not even try to keep me.

Similar story here. When my promo rate expired my bill went way up, I told them I was going to cancel and they didn't seem interested at all. Usually they would negotiate a bit.
With this many people quitting I wonder if the call center staff have blown their KPI's already and just given up?
What are you doing now? Cellular data plan only?
