Now try to pass a phone to a kid behind you in a child seat or using a seatbelt. For starters, just try 'passing' a phone behind your chair without dropping it why looking into your computer screen.

I have two kids and have had to pass things back to them almost daily. My eyes don't go off the road and my hand stays on the steering wheel. So not sure what you're talking about...
