I ran into issues with Nvidia graphic cards. Whereas, When I put in the AMD card and installed the firmware package (firmware-linux-nonfree in Debian), everything worked and no issues on upgrades. Now, for GL compatibility profiles, if they cause problems, are obsolete and intentionally not supported, better we are off. |
