Surely then the company could explain this reason. More trustworthy? Something else? This would give the employee the option of trying to improve that aspect their performance. I’m not saying this is easy, or without pitfalls, but the biggest reason I’m for transparency is that it helps protect against unfair salary discrepancies. |
