I had a postmates order cancelled after 8 hours -- twice. I went on twitter and saw a ton of other people having the same issue. They did no postmortem, no mass apology; instead, they offered me delivery credit. Yeah, that'll make up for essentially not eating dinner til after 10pm. I told them to delete my account. Half the time my order was wrong anyway. Half the time they would delete the food allergy notes I added. 80% of the page loads resulted in a 500 error -- I basically just had to keep refreshing until something worked. Their UI jumps all over the place and deletes everything from your cart once you sign in. I know you only asked about two of the competitors, but I just had to rant. |
