> sell all the assets that would be worse - the database of information isn't gone, but sold, to who knows where?! I think instead of dissolving the corp, they have to be made responsible for the information they leaked out. Fines, or jail time for the executives, or something like that (as i don't believe there's a technical remedy for the lost information - it's already leaked). |
