No way. The harborfront has undergone a massive transformation the last couple of years and is one of the most dense residential areas in the city now. Also, it is projected to add 280,000 residents and 190,000 jobs in the coming years. The city has reiterated time and time again that Toronto is a waterfront city, and they will continue to invest and prioritize heavily in this area. |
