Yeah, all that changed heavily since the bank-secrecy laws were removed in 2013. Some decades ago it was probably really like in Wolf of Wallstreet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ndTbiDQjbiE People coming here with suitcases full of money was one thing but a totally other level was that some Swiss bankers really flew over to the US with encrypted laptops "to get new customers". |
