In some cases, yes. Piloting a vehicle on motorways - regardless of type - is a privilege that carries a certain level of responsibility. If someone in a vehicle can't be bothered to exhibit that level of responsibility and kills someone else who was exhibiting that level of responsibility then it should be a crime. |
