I wasn’t aware they had a constitutional right to a domain name. Nothing is stopping them from hosting their own website.

I feel like the ability to get a domain name (under the generic TLDs) should be treated pretty similarly to free speech. No one has to
host
you, but you should be able to get an address. .com should be hands-off on content.
