I always have a cup in the morning, and if I have a meetup/workshop/project to get to after work, I'll have a small cup around 5-6pm. It's also nice to have a cup at work around 1-2pm but I just have to hide it from that one coworker who loves to tell everyone how unhealthy it is. |
