The Y Combinator Finance Team is looking for a CPA with fund experience to join our team as Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller (depending on experience).

This job requires attention to detail and a passion for Excel - you will be doing a lot of detailed record-keeping and accounting work that needs to be accurate. Unlike many other VC finance teams, there is a lot of opportunity to interact with the founders in our portfolio and to work with them during the batch and beyond to help them with their incorporation, the YC investment, questions from other investors, modeling cap tables for their future rounds etc etc.

Fun fact: the YC Finance team is currently 4 people strong and we grew up in 4 different countries outside the US.
