The article described how the courts are basically in cahoots with the scammers, bending any possibly argument in favor of the "professional ward." It's truly awful, but it seems to jibe with the whole prison thing going on in the states. Its all the people who have no means to defend themselves who seem to be the targets of these schemes: poor people, kids, elderly, the disabled. |
