That's exactly what I meant, you can see me explain in other comments. Assume good intent in people, come on guys. Since we're talking about minorities, I felt the need to specify "urban black" culture, but I agree. "Urban <any race>" culture is suffering from anti-intellectualism. |

Saying "Urban <one or two races>" turns what's a non-race specific issue into a racial comment, good intent or not.
