I'm pretty sure most tribal casinos have their machines "malfunction" in order to not pay out millions to the winner. It is easier to bring the winner into a tribal "court" battle (which will then be dismissed) versus just paying the winner. It's a sleazy tactic that shouldn't be allowed but it isn't an issue most people would want to get into. |
