If there were 0 fees on Bitcoin Cash, the payout to earlier voters could be arbitrarily high. It's a divergent series. Because of tx fees, there are limits. BCC has low fees, but not zero. You know you are an earlier voter by looking at the amount voted. That is the amount below the vote button. |
