Also a victim. I personally would rather get a 4-figure settlement in small claims court instead of a $5 check in five years from a class action. IANAL, but it doesn't look like Legalist is handling any information that you wouldn't be making publicly available in a court filing were you to do this yourself. As someone who doesn't have the time or diligence to do all this myself, I actually find this pretty useful. |
