Ask HN: Music artist/band portfolio sites?

Hey there,

I am finding myself more and more releasing new music through various channels (Youtube, Spotify, Google Play etc), while lacking a "hub" keeping it all together, alongside basic information regarding the music as such and integrations with social site such as Facebook etc. I envision something quite visually appealing and "themable", similar to sites presenting portfolios of graphical artists (e.g. 500px, smugmug...), but custom-made for artists. Bonus point for including a social aspect and a discovery/recommendation system to be able to find new listeners.

My google-fu has failed me in finding this. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
