The federal government should pay Amazon to open an HQ in either Memphis, or New Orleans. Or let's say any metro area over 30% African American and over 1 million people. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._metropolitan_area... The major issue is that typically states ignore the needs of critical infrastructure in those cities like Tier One Carnegie Classification Universities. |
