One that sticks out to me are the early 00's palm devices. Driver support dropped off after 6 MONTHS, copious glue in weird places (covering traces and connectors) and they'd yell at you if you called their tech lines (for unopened, warranty covered devices). Treo's weren't any better either. Ugh. Needless, they lost a couple hundred devices sold because of that. |
