But of course anywhere will have a variety of facilities appropriate to different severity issues; the specifics vary from country to country. And of course if you go to the wrong place you might end up waiting longer, but will still be treated or at worst referred to somewhere that can treat you appropriately, and anything urgent will be treated appropriately quickly.
