Yes, there is a fade in effect (but no shaking). It is mentioned in the post, you have to click 'Load 13
more images' at the bottom to see the whole post.
polaroid actually recommended against shaking so I decided to do away with that.. was thinking of adding an accelerometer before that to trigger the reveal
