I find it incredibly hard to believe that any young code with a freshman level Computer Science education would now know bits inside and out. Then again, I went to college 10 years ago and I went to one of the better schools so maybe they don't teach that anymore?

I also acknowledge that with the invention of "code bootcamps" a lot more coders have never been to college than before. Effectively, I think, creating two types of programer that has nothing to do with age. Both types have their applications they are good at.
