I gave them two chances to rectify issues with other travel and they blew it both times. I won't book with BookIt nor Expedia any more. Sometimes booking directly with hotels & airlines end up being cheaper. I saved $50 booking directly with a hotel, so sometimes they are not cheaper and you are just paying for their sales commission. |
