I live in Europe and I wouldn't say that it is much "better" here - it depends on the places and the subcultures obviously, but for sure you will also see lots of people staring at their phones (and I admit to do it myself from time to time). Nobody would say s(he) is a bad driver, but so many people complain about the driving of other people. |
