There may be plenty of deadweight, but they aren't on high salaries. Pretty much all the management and sales people could get paid (a lot) more elsewhere, and they likely will go now that they aren't bound by any sense of loyalty. And the new owners will help them out the door with golden handshakes. Everyone wins, except anyone who is foolish enough to believe that 'nothing will change'. |
