My opinion is that it is more important to learn programming paradigms. That way you are able to decide what language you believe is the best and learn it easily. For example, I've never programmed in Clojure but I can read quite a bit of it because I understand functional programming. It wouldn't take me very long to get the hang of it if I chose to learn it. |
