Is there a urban dictionary like with search by description and

Example, I need (ok want) an abbreviation for the description of a common sentence (like eveeybody who said it once knows the feeling you are feeling when you do use it):

I'd like to receive suggestions such as :

And I'd like to know if my suggestions are widespread or not.
