How do I learn to structure a growing company? What are the pieces to choose from to build the right team for my domain/produce/market? When do I need a product manager and where do they report? What are the trade-offs in separating engineering from QA and technical support and when should you do it? What's difference between bizdev, marketing and sales? How do I hire for these roles when I'm not an expert in them myself? Are there any good books on this? I'm not looking for the answers to these specific questions, I'm looking for references that help me understand the organizations options, their trade-offs and how to choose among them. Any suggestions? |
