I enjoy this and History on Fire, but I've had a hard time getting into other history podcasts. Any recommendations welcome.

Not exactly a podcast but America: Empire of liberty by David Renoylds is a masterpiece.

It can be listened like a podcast as each chapter is self contained and 10 mins or so with first hand accounts from actors etc.
