I see potential in "who's hiring" post. But here, at "who wants to be hired" seems a bit strange.

I can't see a recruiter coming here to find his dream employee.

Am I wrong?

I'm a hiring manager that's currently scanning these just in case a good candidate is out there. I found one I am considering forwarding to a friend in the finance industry that is always on the lookout for talent. HN users tend to be a cut above, on average.
