I was an employee there too. They have really low salary standard and say that "you get to do open source so it's fine". The best programmers get out of there quick and that's why you don't get high quality software from them. Their business model is based on using people with temporary work permit (coming from out of Canada, mostly France) who are stuck with them if they don't want to go through the process of obtaining another work permit and have to go back to their country in the meantime. |
