Actually I was wrong about the Privacy Shield. It's actually not a bad thing. I did confuse it with The Fourteen Eyes (https://privacytoolsio.github.io/privacytools.io/#ukusa). My bad!

I still use KeePass (KeeWeb on laptop) + pCloud.
