Ever since experiencing the 5 to 6 weeks of vacation that is standard the day you start a job in Europe, I take a minimum of 4 weeks a year. I started my own company quite a few years ago, so it's usually me paying for it now, but it wasn't always that way. Even with me paying for it, 4 weeks feels like the minimum required for me for a good work / life balance and mental health. |
