I'm surprised I haven't heard Downcast mentioned here yet - it's by far my favorite podcast app. iOS and desktop versions that sync together well.

ahh that should teach me to read the article :) but I do disagree with 'the UI could use some work', and I've never found I need the marginal time removed by smart speed.
