The housing is not limited to employees, nor are employees limited to this housing. Problem is, that area is enveloped by bumper-to-bumper traffic on both the U.S. 101 side and the CA 84 (Dumbarton Bridge approach) side. And CA 84 to the west just dumps into U.S. 101 anyway. |
