$50k in RSUs annually is a decent target for a mid-level engineer (non-management). With overlap of grants after the first year and price appreciation of the stock, you can imagine how this can grow. That said, I think Amazon has some unfriendly vesting terms compared to the SFBA-based companies I'm more familiar with. |
