Personally, I would be reluctant to go to a face-to-face interview that hasn't been preceded by a phone interview and (ideally) a technical test. By the time I step into the employer's office, I am 90% sure I would like to work for them. Anything else would be inefficient use of time, both mine and the employer's. |
