> Maybe people should wear suits and ties then. You know, to make it abundantly clear that the workplace is a stiff and formal environment. Suits and ties are a step in the right direction, but I think what many of us would really like to see are non-gendered company uniforms along with well defined personal style guidelines (hair, makeup, et al) |
