Yes, there is something infuriating about this cycle of become rich acting like a jackass -> get called out -> write some apology blog post -> get showered with praise for doing the bare minimum as a human. Of course doubling down and not apologizing is worse, but I guess at some point you have to ask materially, what really is the difference. Women entrepreneurs who had trouble getting funded because VCs could only think about their dicks, what do they gain from this? |
