It's not really possibly to provide solid advice, nobody here knows the full details of the situation. But here's what I (might) do: 1. Ask them to put everything in writing, if it isn't already in writing. 2. If you're thinking about quiting, talk to a lawyer. 3. If you quit, consider making a case against them for constructive dismissal. I'd probably quit. It sounds horrible, and I couldn't work in that environment. |
