Ask HN: Denver area guys with web app/community building experience?

I'm a 25 y/o freelance designer in Denver looking for somebody in Denver (+ surr. area) to build out a back end for a concept I'm working on. Aside from HTML/CSS/Javascript I'm pretty green, and need a developer on my team immediately.

This would be a conglomeration of a typical forum style community with some added features to push the money making features of the community. It will ad-supported, but I imagine (hope) that will be a fraction of what the site generates itself.

The ideal person will have experience with Colorado Amendment 20 related activities.
