Ask HN: Working in startup where you value system is different from team

I am a part of the startup which has recently joined an accelerator. We are on the verge of signing a Founder's Agreement. But in last few days I have experienced a difference in the vision about the product and in general the value system of the team. I also think the had some meetings behind my back to deviate from the path we initially all agreed upon, which is fine with as long as I am part of this decision. At this point I have 2 options: 1. Either I quit the team. 2. Create a founder's agreement which protects my input towards the product and vision of the company.

P.S: The team size is 4 and expect me (7 years experience) all are recent of current graduates.
